HOLIDAYS

I'm making another music video, this time to the song SOS by Arctic Monkeys. It's a challenge for me becasue I'm focusing on full bodied people, opposed to my usual cartoon stuff. Lip syncing is become a pain though, there's gotta be an easier way. Well here's are screen shot of it about 15 seconds into the animation. And while I'm here, I hope you all have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Anyway, I haven't updated this blog much becasue I've been working hard on my art assignment (see link above ;D) and I scraped by with a C. DAMNNIT! But it's not all doom and gloom; I'm currently hoping to start another big project. That's it for now!

Hello again.
I want to talk about Flash X. I don't know if it's even going to be released this century, but I just want to talk about it. You know...

First off, I was very disappointed with Flash CS3. It was all for the coders, the only thing that interested me was the multiple-layered-Photoshop transition. But that's all. I want Flash X to be more arty oriented. Like; Flash, Photoshop and 3DSMAX all rolled into one. That would be something I'd happily dish my money out for.

Microsoft seem to be entering into the Flash area, and rumors have it that .swf file wont be enabled to play on their latest versions of computers (Vista). They are doing this so developers are forced to use their new program which is similar to Flash. Which is a bummer. I mean, if Adobe made Flash bad imagine what the Microsofties will do.

But as I said earlier, I don't think this will happen any time soon. I guess Flash X will be released late next year. But for now I"m just going to stick with Flash 8. :)
